Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier shipping straight to your residence: building, flat, city, and postcode. We may ask for a signature on parcels valued over £60.

Pickup point

Retrieve your parcel from a local collection locker or partner station. The depot holds your box for 7 days before returning it to our workshop.

Transit estimates reflect business days after parcel dispatch. Deliveries to outlying rural areas may take an extra 1-2 days.

We ship free of charge on parcels over £60 across United Kingdom; for smaller packages, standard delivery is £3.95.
Parcels arrive within 1-2 business days once they leave our workshop.
If you order before 16:00 on a working day, we carefully box and send your parcel that very afternoon.
We accept returns within 30 days of arrival, provided each ornament remains unhung and nestled in its original box.

Order processing

Purchases made prior to 16:00 on a normal business day are boxed and dispatched that afternoon. Orders after the cut-off, over weekends, or on bank holidays ship the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your purchase reference the moment your order is lodged.

Every delicate ornament is nestled in custom fitted internal compartments, cocooned in multi-layer biodegradable bubble cushioning, and secured within double-walled corrugated outer cartons rated for impact resistance during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your unique domestic tracking reference is transmitted via email and SMS, permitting continuous real-time delivery tracking across the United Kingdom.

Lost or delayed parcel

Should your parcel status stay still for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected] with your order reference. We will ask the postal carrier to trace the box and will either craft and resend your items or refund the full total, per your preference, within 10 business days of your message.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival; if fragile decorations display structural transit breakage, take clear photographs of the exterior carton along with the damaged items and email our support desk within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a prompt complimentary replacement.

Cash on delivery

Hand your cash payment to the courier when your box is delivered. There is no need to make any advance payment.

Bank transfer

Transfer the total directly to our workshop bank account, with details displayed after checkout and repeated in your email. We prepare and ship your package once the funds clear, which typically takes one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never prompt you for card details or banking logins by telephone or email.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We dispatch our crafted goods to selected destinations. Precise postage rates and transit windows appear at checkout before you settle the order. Any cross-border customs fees or import duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
