Ordering and contract
An order is registered once you finish the checkout steps. We acknowledge receipt by email, and our sales agreement takes effect upon parcel dispatch. Should timber or glass stock be depleted or customer details prove unverifiable, we reserve the right to decline the order and issue a prompt refund.
Prices and payment
Listed prices are denominated in GBP and incorporate VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and presented at checkout prior to payment. Accepted settlement methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an evident price calculation error arise, we may rectify it before dispatch and provide you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Product images and colours
We photograph the actual handcrafted pieces we pack. Screen settings, web browsers, and surrounding light can subtly alter tones; modest variations in colour or wood grain are natural traits rather than flaws, so they do not qualify for complimentary returns or credit. Exact measurements, base materials, and box contents appear on each item page.
Transfer of risk
We remain responsible for your pieces until the carrier delivers them directly to you or your chosen recipient at the specified address. The risk of breakage or loss transfers at handover. If the parcel arrives visibly battered, please flag it with the driver and notify our workshop within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You can send items back to us within 30 days of receiving them, following the directions on our Returns page. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all seasonal decorative goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for decorative purpose, and as described, accompanied by a standard statutory conformity warranty against material craft defects.

- Sealed decorative craft accessories, ribbons, or mounting adhesives unsealed by the customer after receipt.
Liability
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any purchase through this storefront shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid for the affected order or the statutory standard of £100. Nothing in these conditions reduces or removes legal liabilities that cannot be restricted by statutory law.

Customers must have reached at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. Use our pieces solely as directed on the packaging; they do not replace qualified medical guidance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the domestic courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot resolve a disagreement together in good faith, jurisdiction rests with the competent court where our workshop is registered, preserving all consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
